Local Service Finder (SEM 3)
Technologies: Java, MySQL
● Developed a desktop application to help users find local services based on their
address.
● Implemented separate login/sign-up functionality for service providers and end-users.
● Integrated a MySQL database to store and retrieve service provider information
including service type, contact number, and address.
● Filtered and displayed service results based on city and category (e.g., plumbing,
Wi-Fi installation).
Doctor Appoinment System (SEM 4)
Technologies: Python (CustomTkinter), MySQL, SMTP ,Twillio API ,Pillow
● Designed and implemented a user-friendly desktop app for managing doctor
appointments.
● Enabled patients to book appointments and doctors to view and manage their
schedules.
● Backend integration with MySQL for storing user data, appointment status, and
doctor details.
● Created a multi-page GUI using CustomTkinter with modules for booking, profile
management, and report viewing.

Hi, I’m Vighnesh Gawande, an IT engineering student at Finolex College, graduating in 2027. I enjoy creating software and learning new things. I’ve built projects like a local service finder app, a doctor appointment system, an AI-based image sorter, and a 3D fighting game.
Right now, I’m working on this portfolio to share my skills and projects. I want it to be a place where people can easily see what I’ve done and what I’m learning.
